2 Day Sports Performance

75 minute sessions. Small group training programmed specifically for the athletes in the group. Currently we are limiting our groups to (2-4 athletes) allowing us to provide detailed instructions for each athlete. 

2 Day programs are recommended for Middle School athletes where we will help to develop a solid athletic foundation. Our goal with our younger athletes is to create a lifelong understanding of proper training with an emphasis on improving body control,  teaching form and techniques to improve chances of staying injury free. 

Currently we are not placing individual athletes into existing groups.. Please have other athletes in mind for your group when reaching out.

*Estimated monthly cost is based on a 4 week schedule.. Small groups are expected to pay before the month begins and you will receive an invoice with an accurate amount based on the number of sessions in that given month.
