3 Day Sports Performance

75 minute sessions. Small group training programmed specifically for the athletes in the group. Currently we are limiting our groups to (2-4 athletes) allowing us to provide detailed instructions for each athlete. 

3 Day programs are recommended for high school and college level athletes as they require more time in the gym to keep up with their peers. Our goal here is to help these athletes reach their full potential, adding speed and strength while keeping them healthy.
