We offer a variety of classes for youth athletes based on seasonal demand.
Speed & Agility sessions are open to all youth members, regardless of age. Implementing and then building on the fundamentals of speed development, change of direction, and body control.
Middle School sessions are focused on developing the fundamentals for athletic performance. A holistic approach to educating athletes on speed mechanics, explosiveness, and strength.
