OUR Approach

We focus primarily on implementing proper movement patterns. Teaching the fundamentals of movement allows individuals to better align their body, leading to improved muscle activation and performance.

As coaches, we pride ourselves on understanding the building blocks of performance and being able to explain them to an athlete at any level.

Once an athlete understands how to move properly, we progress them through various speed, agility, and strength drills that combine to improve overall athletic performance.

OUR Facility

Our training style requires plenty of open space to move.

Our facility is a 3,500 sq. feet space, giving us 100ft of a straight-away so our members can get into a full sprint.

We’re located in the Portsmouth Business Park at 275 High Point Ave.

Meet the Team

We’re a small team, with a big mission. The community impact we continue to make is our driving purpose and we can’t wait to continue developing our local athletes.

  • Founder

Growing up as an athlete on the island, I always had great coaches on the field but I felt like the missing link was the off-field development. Playing collegiately in Tampa, I was able to see the different opportunities athletes have down there. After learning from some of the best in the Tampa Bay area I decided it was the perfect opportunity to bring this training style back to the island.

We’re going on 5 years now and have helped hundreds of athletes, couldn’t be prouder of what we have built here.

  • Coach

Growing up In North Kingstown, I rowed & ran track. I was able to compete collegiately at the DI, DIII & club levels.

After sustaining a career-ending injury, I have made it my goal to inspire & support the next generation of young athletes. Competing in multiple sports has taught me the importance of taking care of yourself mentally & physically, which I hope to teach others.

  • Coach

Growing up in Middletown, playing three sports I always felt like I could have greatly benefited from what we are doing here.

I went on to play lacrosse and basketball in college, and when I graduated I knew I had to stay involved in athletics. I can honestly say that the role we get to play as a coach & mentors to these athletes is something I value greatly and can’t wait to continue helping develop our community.
