    Access to 10 any classes that fit within your schedule.

    One time purchase. Expires 120 days after purchase.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Initial Consultation - $100

Includes a full movement analysis and educational information based on your specific goals

10 Session Package - $700

Includes at-home workouts designed for you in addition to in-gym sessions.

Small Group

Individualized attention from a coach dedicated exclusively to your small group, there to bring the group through the custom plan for the day, along with making any accommodations that you may personally need.

Your group will have its own unique program designed around the goals and limitations of the group.

Available for both athletes and adults. Minimum of 4 members.
