Athlete Spotlight- Brayden Segerson

Brayden is a student in the class of 2027 at Dominican University in Orangeburg, New York where he studies Sports Management. He is an attack for the men’s lacrosse team at Dominican & also plays for Rhode Island Rampage. In May he suffered a ligamentous injury to his knees & has been working to bounce back.

This past summer, Brayden has shown large improvements in his speed & agility techniques. He has been working diligently in & out of the gym. Throughout the summer, he has been completing 2-3 workouts a day, taking time to rehabilitate his body & continues to push himself mentally & physcially.

We are excited to see how Brayden’s upcoming season goes, his hard work will shine through on the field.
