Island Athletics has teamed up with Nature’s Goodness in Middletown, Rhode Island to help provide our athletes & families with a great source for nutrition & wellness needs!

The staff at Nature’s Goodness are specialists in their field; helping each individual who walks through the doors. They have a wide variety of foods & ingredients. Only the highest quality of supplements are sold here. Be sure to stop in & check out what they have to offer.

Nature’s Goodness is offering a 20% discount to all families of active Island Athletics athletes. In addition to the discount, starting this week, we will be offering protein shakes to our athletes.

Each athlete has the opportunity to purchase a Shake Card. Our Shake Cards will be $30 & includes the purchase of 10 shakes, with the 11th shake free. The athletes will keep their cards in their folders along with their programs. Athletes are asked to bring their own shaker bottle. The protein powder we will be using is supplied by Nature’s Goodness. More information on the powder itself is below.
