NEW coach - Emma Garcia

Meet Emma, our newest coach!

Emma is from North Kingstown, Rhode Island. She was recruited to Fairfield University, where she rowed at the Division I level. Throughout college, Emma also ran track at Salve Regina University & rowed/played rugby at the University of Rhode Island where she graduated from.

She has been training for over two years- individuals of all ages & backgrounds. She has experience with hockey players from Providence College & the University of New England, as well as the Jr. Mariners - AAA 18U Hockey Team in Maine.

Emma is bringing various perspectives on training, nutrition & unique sports. She is currently accepting clients, both adults & young athletes. We are happy to have her!
